My girlfriend had to wait in her shop until nearly 10pm, which is when the flowers were finally delivered!!!
What an appaling, outrageous and unacceptable service!!! Will never ever order again!!!

I have ordered bouquets as gifts twice now. Each has been beautiful and arrived exactly as promised. Looking great and still looking great two to three weeks later. The recipient was delighted and the chocolates were an extra free bonus.

After 4 days only a couple of lillys started to open, petals feel very dry almost like a plastic and try to open as shrivelled petals. They look like they're ready to be binned. What a disappointment and waste of money. Weren't cheap. Will use local florist next time.

Thank you for your service. I was not able to see the gift of flowers and chocolates, but the lady who received them was delighted. I will be placing an order for another birthday gift within the next few days

seamless in every way

This was the first time I used Teleflorist UK and have had a thank you from the recipient tat the flowers were lovely and arrived on time. I have not seen the flowers but ordering was straightforward and confirmation email prompt.

A beautiful bouquet was delivered to our friend who was very pleased. Quick and good service

Shocking . Will never use this company again

Shocking as the flowers haven’t been delivered and still haven’t been refunded because they don’t have the flowers I ordered!

I purchased the 36 roses as a treat and I am delighted with how they’ve lasted . It’ll be 2 weeks tomorrow and they’re still going strong . I am so very pleased with them .

The item delivered was not as advertised. When I contacted customer support they made no attempt to rectify the issue.

I will never use them again!

I have just had a reply from the very ill friend I sent the flowers to over a week ago. I had to ask if they had been received. I ordered a card and message to go with the bouquet but that was never included so my friend didnt know who had set them.
I am disappointed about that, but the flowers as it happens were lovely and much appreciated.

They were lovely flowers and arrived on time in deepest Wales.

The Parcel was sent to the wrong address, I had to speak to yodel. The flowers arred the following day nearly dead. There were two parcels going to the same place just different streets, can't understand why one was delivered on time and not the other. Very Upset and disappointed.
